Depending on your hardware, Windows XP has integrated CD burning support. To burn a CD, insert a blank disk appriopriate for your hardware and simply right click on the file or files in windows explorer and select "Send To" and then "DVD/CD-RW Drive". The drive name may be different on your PC depending on your hardware.
