E-Reports - Zip Files OverView: a zip file is a group of files combined and compressed into one file. E-Reports allows you to "ZIP" a full month of reports into one file which can be downloaded and stored. You can choose later to burn these to a CD or DVD for archiving. To zip a month or reports, navigate to the desired year/month. Make sure you click on the year/month to display your reports. Once the reports are listed click "Zip". A new window will appear. From this window select the reports you wish to include in the zip file. You may use the "Check All" or "Uncheck All" buttons if needed.
